📦 الطلبات والتوصيل | Orders & Delivery

العربية:

1. جميع الطلبات تعتمد على توفر المنتج في المخزون.
2. نقوم بتوصيل المنتجات إلى جميع مناطق بغداد، وقد تشمل خدماتنا محافظات أخرى حسب الطلب.
3. يجب توفير رقم هاتف صحيح وعنوان دقيق لضمان التوصيل السلس.

English:

1. All orders are subject to product availability.
2. We deliver across Baghdad and may cover additional areas upon request.
3. A valid phone number and accurate address must be provided for successful delivery.

💳 المدفوعات | Payments

العربية:

1. نقبل الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام (COD) وبعض خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني عند توفرها.
2. يجب دفع المبلغ كاملاً عند التسليم.
3. الأسعار قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.

English:

1. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and some e-payment methods when available.
2. Full payment is required upon delivery.
3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

🔄 الإرجاع والاستبدال | Returns & Exchange

العربية:

1. يمكن استبدال أو إرجاع المنتجات خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الشراء بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة وفي حالتها الأصلية.
2. يجب إبراز الفاتورة الأصلية عند الإرجاع.
3. لا يشمل الإرجاع المنتجات التي تم تركيبها أو استخدامها.

1. Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase if unused and in original condition.
2. Original invoice must be presented for returns.
3. Installed or used items are not eligible for return.
